A real review, word for word
David Hogan, Oshawa
Seasonal snow removal, signed before the first storm, in Oshawa.
Green in summer. Clear in winter.
“Andrew knocked on my door in Oshawa and I signed up for snow removal before the first storm. He walked the driveway with me, explained exactly when they clear and what happens on a smaller snowfall, and did not dodge a single question about price. Everything was in writing before I signed. I have dealt with plow guys who disappear by January, so knowing my driveway is on a route and I am not chasing anyone at 6 AM is worth it. Will update after the first storm.” David Hogan, Local Guide, 21 reviews on Google
This is the most useful review on the listing, because it is the only one that names the fear. Plow guys who disappear by January is not a complaint about quality. It is a complaint about a business that took the money and then stopped answering.
Everything David describes is published on this site and you do not have to take his word for any of it: the five numbers are the season, the trigger depth, the order of service with clock times, the hours the machine runs, and the guarantee. He also says he will update after the first storm, and we are not going to ask him to.
