Northline Property Care is owner operated, so the person who answers is the person who does the work. Send the address and you get a fixed monthly price the same day, Monday to Saturday. There is no sales visit.
Winter
What the hours mean during a storm
Snow does not wait for opening time and neither do we. When a storm ends overnight the route mobilizes late in the evening and rolls before midnight, so the overnight run is well under way long before 7 AM. Commercial and medical access properties are cleared first. Gold members carry a 7 AM target and Platinum members a 6:30 AM target. Silver members get the municipal windrow taken off the end of the driveway on a daytime pass, cleared by 5 PM.
A 7 AM target is a target, not a promise, and we say so in writing rather than after the fact. Scheduled visits carry a four hour arrival window, which is the widest window the software offers, because a one truck route cannot honestly hold a narrower one.
