Now surveying for the 2027 to 28 season
Commercial contracts run November 15 to April 15, and ours begin November 2027. We survey, measure and quote year-round. Most property managers plan two to six months ahead of a contract ending, and condo boards usually longer than that.
So the useful thing to do now is get the survey done and tell us when your current contract ends. We'll time our follow-up to that rather than getting in touch before it is any use to you.
If you'd like cover sooner than that, do mention it on the form. We can take on a limited number of commercial sites ahead of schedule, where they sit on a route we already run.

We call you
Same business day, to understand the property and arrange a time to walk it. Ten minutes.
We survey the site
In person, with a measuring wheel and a camera. Thirty to forty-five minutes, and we'd like you there if you can be: you'll know things about the property that we can't see.
You get it in writing
Within 48 hours. Measurements, photographs, scope, exclusions in bold, and three priced options including what per-storm pricing would cost you.
You decide
No follow-up campaign and no pressure. If it isn't right this year, we'll check back before your renewal, and you keep the survey.
Before you send this
Is the survey really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation attached to it. We'd rather spend forty-five minutes measuring properly than send you a guess, and a site walked in person is the only way either of us finds out whether we're the right fit.
How quickly can you take on a new site?
Grounds, within a week in most of the season. Snow depends on timing: routes are sequenced in October, so a site coming on in December can usually be accommodated but sits later in the run. Earlier is better for you, and we'll tell you honestly if we're full.
What if we already have a contractor?
That's fine, and worth keeping if they're doing well. Take our price for your file anyway: it's a useful comparison at renewal and it costs you nothing. Tell us when your contract ends and we'll get in touch a few weeks before, not a moment sooner.
