What if we already have a contractor?
That is fine, and worth keeping if they are doing well. Take our price for your file anyway: it is a useful comparison at renewal and it costs you nothing. Tell us when your contract ends and we will get in touch a few weeks before, not a moment sooner.

What happens if it snows all day instead of overnight?
The first pass opens a lane out to the road, the walkway and the steps, so you can get out. Then the whole route gets that same first pass. Then, once the snow stops, we come back for the full clear: full width to the pavement, the windrow off at the road, piles tidied and salt down again. If it looks half done at eight in the morning in heavy snow, that is deliberate and we are already on the way back. There is no extra charge for the second visit.
